• This website is for general information and booking. It is not a substitute for medical care or emergency services.

• Initial appointments are paid in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.

• Herbal medicines are paid before posting.

This website is owned and operated by Nikki Hawkes, sole trader.

By using this website, booking an appointment, or buying related services, you agree to these Terms.

Use the site in a lawful way and for its intended purpose. Do not try to disrupt the site, collect data without permission, or post spam. I may change or suspend the site at any time.

• Who I work with: herbal medicine and functional nutrition services are for adults. Work with those under 18 is only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• How to book: use the booking system on the site. You will receive an email confirmation.

• What to bring: please share accurate health information, current medications, known allergies, and any recent test results that you wish to discuss.

• Scope: I do not diagnose medical conditions and I do not provide urgent or emergency care. I work alongside, not instead of, your medical team.

• Initial appointments: payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. If payment is not received 48 hours before your first appointment, your slot may be released.

• Review appointments: fees are due on or before the day of the appointment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Herbal medicines: prescriptions are prepared to order. Payment is required before posting or collection.

• Payment methods: as shown in the booking system or invoice. I do not store card numbers.

• Changing a time: please give at least 24 hours notice where possible.

• Late cancellations: if you cancel an initial appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the full consultation fee may be charged.

• No-shows: if you do not attend without prior notice, the full fee will be charged before any new booking is made.
  These rules help me offer released slots to others who are waiting.

Herbal prescriptions are personalised. Once prepared, they cannot be resold. For this reason, they are non-refundable unless there is an error on my part. If something arrives damaged, let me know within 48 hours so I can put it right.

Either of us may end care at any time. I may suggest ending or pausing care if I believe it is no longer appropriate or safe, or if there is a breakdown in trust. If that happens, I will try to signpost you to another practitioner or service where suitable.

All text, images and other content on this site are owned by me or my licensors. You may read and share links to my articles. You may not copy, republish or commercially use the content without written permission.

If comments or reviews are available, keep them respectful and lawful. I may remove content at my discretion.

This site may link to other websites. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content or policies. Please review their terms and privacy information.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
I take care to provide accurate information and a reliable service. The website is provided “as is.” I am not responsible for losses that I could not reasonably foresee. If you use paid services, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for those services.

If I cannot deliver a service because of events outside my control, for example illness, technical outages or postal strikes, I will let you know as soon as possible and offer a new time or a refund where relevant.

I may update these Terms when needed. The new version will appear on this page with a new date. If changes are important, I will post a notice on the site. Your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
