Herbs

I’m gathering my herb guides here so you have one place to browse. As new guides are ready, they’ll appear on this page. Each one will cover what the herb is, how it’s often used, simple kitchen-level ways to prepare it, and a brief note on safety. I’ll also link to related reading so you can follow your curiosity.

This will grow steadily. I’ll start with the herbs I’m asked about most, then fill in the rest. In the meantime, you can use the site search or explore recent posts if you’re looking for something specific.

Sensible care

Everything here is educational. It isn’t personal medical advice. If you take prescription medicines, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have ongoing symptoms, please chat with your GP or a qualified medical herbalist.
